At A&C Groundworks, our story begins in the hills of Romania, where our father a skilled builder and humble craftsman, showed us that the work you do is an extension of who you are.
He taught us that good hands build strong homes, and good hearts build strong teams. He used to whistle and sang as he built. He believed in clean lines, solid foundations, and showing up with pride.
Though he’s no longer with us, his standards remain the backbone of A&C. That spirit is what drives us now, not perfection, but presence.

We’re a family-run business, led by siblings and backed by a tight-knit team of lifelong friends.
Together, we bring over 15 years of hands-on experience to every site — delivering clean, reliable groundwork across London and beyond.
We were raised on honesty, humility, and hard work, and we’ve learned to carry those values into London’s fast-paced, no-nonsense construction world.
